What's the type of your company, manufacturer or distributor?

We are a manufacturer of top hammer rock drilling tools, TBM cutters, Raise boring cutters, with two factories in Huludao city, Liaoning Province, China.

How can I trust your company?

Our company has been certificated by the Chinese government, and you can check our company credit on Chinese government website "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System". We have passed ISO9001 and verified by TÜV Rheinland. 

What's your production period for an order?

Rock drilling tools: Normally it takes 7-30 days for production. TBM cutters & Raise boring cutters: Normally it takes 15-30 days for production after drawing confirmation. Only within three days for shipping if we have stock on your request size.

How do you guarantee your product quality?

We have passed ISO9001, and have a perfect video surveillance system covering the entire factory, which can view every link of production, quality inspection, and warehousing. Our own experienced QC will inspect and test every single product quality for every order before shipping.

How about your after services?
  • Our sales team will respond to your question within 24 hours(Holidays Excluded).

  • Technical Support will be available at any time. 

  • Free replacement will provide once the failure is confirmed caused by our product quality.

Do you have customized service and OEM service?

We can make customized products according to customers' requirements. For some products, we need the product drawings.

What is your terms of payment?

Payment less than US$8000.00: 100% in advance. Payment more than US$8000.00: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We could accept L/C for the payment of more than US$16000.00, with a deposit.
